Fry at medium heat for about 1 1/2 minute on each side

  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 1 dl cassava flour
  • 1 dl almond flour (freshly ground almonds if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cardamom seeds crushed (without shells)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • Coconut oil for frying
